Zippo Hand Warmer

by Edwin

Zippo’s are synonymous with wind-proof lighters, and here is one Zippo product that pays homage to its heat generating capability - the Zippo Hand Warmer. After all, during the chilly autumn and winter months, one’s hands can lose heat extremely easily without a nice, solid pair of gloves, hence making the Zippo Hand Warmer all the more important to tote around. It relies on a platinum catalyzed glass fibre burner that makes it capable of releasing up to 10 times more heat compared to other hand warmers. Capable of lasting up to 12 hours on a solitary 12ml filling of lighter fuel, this £19.99 purchase should have come out earlier from the onset of last winter - ah well, guess those living Down Under can look forward to it this June, eh?

Actually I’m pretty sure that it has been out for quite awhile.

You’re absolutely right Michael, it was launched in the UK last Autumn but Zippo only had very limited stocks at the time.
