I would say that the very first time we saw Yoda, we wondered just how this tiny little creature is able to obtain the title of Jedi Master. Of course, in Episodes IV to VI, there was no way for us to see Yoda show off his lightsaber skills, leaving some of us doubting whether he is able to wield such a Force-sensitive weapon, too. However, we had our minds blown away when Yoda made use of his lightsaber on the silver screen in Episode II: Attack of the Clones, and when he went up against the Emperor Palpatine in Revenge of the Sith, one could truly say that length of a lightsaber (and its wielder) has no bearing on the outcome of the fight. If you’re a fan of Yoda’s lightsaber style, then the $119.99 Star Wars Force FX Yoda Lightsaber is worth checking out.
This is an authentic lightsaber that has been licensed by LucasFilm, where it will ignite with authentic power up/down effects. Size matters not now, and you no longer need to come up with your very own version of the sound effects, that is for sure. There are four motion sensor controlled sound effects in total – power-up, idle hum, clash, and power-down, and the durable metal hilt looks and feels like a real lightsaber. It also has a polycarbonate blade that remains permanently attached to the hilt, while there is also a custom-designed display stand to ensure its exclusivity. A trio of AA batteries are required to power this thing, and hence rechargeable batteries might be a good idea.
