Sharp reveals new 4K Ultra HD Display

sharp-pn-h701When it comes to displays and imaging technology, you know for sure that Sharp has got your back – and this time around, the Japanese company certainly does not disappoint thanks to the launch of its very first professional grade 70″ Class (69.5″ diagonal) 4K Ultra HD Display. The spanking new PN-H701 professional display will arrive with 4K Ultra HD resolution (which would amount to 3,840 x 2,160 pixels in this case), where it will showcase detailed text alongside breathtaking high-resolution content that your eyes will not believe.

Of course, any home or work area would be blessed with this large and stylish 70″ class display, where it boasts of an ultra-slim aluminum bezel, which was specially designed and engineered for operation around the clock in professional and commercial installations. Just how slim is it? Well, it measures a mere 9mm (top/right/left), making it the narrowest, thinnest, and lightest display in its class, which would in turn, translate to a simple installation process as well as maintenance. Specially designed for both portrait and landscape formats, in addition to up to 20-degree upward and downward tilt, this particular high-impact professional display would be the ideal fodder for a multitude of environments, and it includes command and control, museum and entertainment, in addition to unified communications and collaboration.

Being different from other professional grade 4K Ultra HD models in the market, however, the Sharp PN-H701 will arrive equipped with integrated upscaling capability, so that Full HD (1080p) signals will be able to be upscaled to 4K Ultra HD images in double quick time. Not only that, the PN-H701 would come with a built-in USB and internal memory media player, so that one can always enjoy the playback of informational content without ever requiring a middle person – a PC, so to speak.

Expect this professional grade 70″ Class 4K Ultra HD display to be made widely available from this month onward.
