When you’re finding your inner peace while doing yoga, you normally use a mat to alleviate some of the pressure on your joints. Before and after using it, it’s rolled up and out of the way, but knocking it over or forgetting which direction you rolled it up has it unrolling all over the place. It’s not really too big of an issue, but it is an annoyance.
If you consider it enough of a nuisance that you would pay real money to fix the issue, then you’ll love the YoYo Mat. It is the only self-rolling yoga mat in existence, and while the idea came from something simple, it’ll cost you to benefit from it. Essentially, this is a really big slapband, which is a long, thin piece of metal that can sit straight and firm, but when it starts to curl, it rolls up all the way.
The YoYo Mat does this in a way that keeps it 100% flat while you’re using it, and as soon as you flip it and start the rolling process, the mat will do the rest. There is a top side that will have to face up when you toss it for the whole process to work, and you will click it in place to make it stay flat. This has a textured top surface to help with your grip, and a thick but textured bottom to keep the mat in place. This 5.5mm thick mat which measures 72 x 28″ is going to cost you $79, and comes in green, blue, orange, and charcoal with a gray accent.
