Sceptre delivers pair of LED models that are easy on the eyes

sceptre-22-led-monitorSceptre has certainly made a name for itself over the years, having toed the line between performance and affordability when it comes to world class LED and LCD HDTVs and PC monitors, and this time around, they intend to tease us with a couple more LED monitors that will occupy the compact category – in the form of the 22-inch E225W-1920 and the 24-inch E248W-1920.

These two monitors will both feature FHD 1080P resolution alongside an incredible 5,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, including a measure of image quality and the monitor’s ability to display colors. Basically, monitors that come with a higher dynamic contrast ratio happen to be able to produce more shades of the same color and darker blacks, which in turn would translate into lifelike images, vibrant scenes and a better viewing experience.

Specially designed in order to have it deliver the utmost pleasure whenever one watches videos or plays games, both of the 22-inch and 24-inch LED monitors will showcase a 5 millisecond response time that will be able to guarantee an almost instant image transition during frames. These monitors happen to be equipped with HDMI, DVI and VGA inputs that allows one to easily connect to video game consoles, computers, laptops or other devices.

Cathy Chou, vice president of operations of Sceptre, shared, “Our new monitors are the ideal choices for everybody, including students, PC gamers, home office workers and businesses seeking to upgrade their existing units. The resolution and dynamic contrast ratio produce an outstanding image and the super slim, wall-mountable design allows it to fit into any location.”

Other features include high-quality audio thanks to its dual speakers, the ability to tilt 15 degrees backward and 5 degrees forward, for an optimum viewing angle, making them ideal for everyday use without having to strain your eyes. So far, you can expect them to cost pretty much within range of any budget-conscious consumer, and we do expect more details to be revealed in due time.
