Razer introduces revamped Naga Chroma

razer-naga-chromaWhat happens when you more or less know that you are the one behind the self-proclaimed “best MMO gaming mouse in the world”? Why, you do not simply sit down and rest on your laurels, but rather, you actually pick yourself up, look over the shoulders to see who are your nearest rivals, and then continue moving forward at a faster pace so that you will well and truly leave the rest of your competition in the dust. Having said that, Razer’s Naga Chroma mouse that has picked up its fair share of bouquets ever since it has been released, has been refreshed to include a state-of-the-art sensor and Chroma RGB lighting.

The brand new Razer Naga Chroma will come with a true 16,000 DPI 5G sensor that does not have any kind of interpolation, in addition to the aforementioned Chroma lighting with its iconic 12-button mechanical thumb grid. With the Razer 5G laser sensor, this gaming mouse is capable of tracking up to true 16,000 DPI in down to 1 DPI increments. Not only that, one should take note that this is a significant improvement over a current industry standard of 50 DPI increment tracking, where the device itself boasts effectively no interpolation, and has been optimized for multi-display setups with ultra-high display resolutions, making it perfect ideal for immersive MMO gameplay.

Right smack in the middle of the Razer Naga Chroma would be its iconic 12 concave mechanical thumb grid buttons that boast of tactile, audible feedback, and it has been optimized specifically for MMO gaming. Each button on the thumb grid will ergonomically stand out in order to pave the way for blind-finding, letting gamers more easily execute commands. The Razer Naga Chroma will also be part of the Chroma SDK, and those who are interested can pick it up for $79.99 a pop, although those who happen to live across the pond will have to fork out more for it, where it retails for €99.00.
