There are some foods that are delicious no matter the time of day. Pizza is so versatile because it covers almost every food group and always tastes amazing, even if it’s a cold leftover in the fridge. Vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters, and those who have to be gluten-free can all find a safe haven under the umbrella of this delightfully flat meal. How you prepare this doughy-deliciousness will obviously affect the final flavor, and sometimes baking it on a cookie sheet in the oven isn’t going to give you the best results.
The most delicious method of preparing pizza, in my humble opinion, is by stone brick oven. The only downside is that it’s not exactly feasible to get one installed in your home, especially if you live in an apartment. Thankfully, there’s the Pizzacraft Stovetop Pizza Oven. This is a little stone brick oven that can handle a 12-inch pizza that will sit over top of the burner on your stove.
Not only does this give you that crispness on the bottom, but this will cook your pizza with less resource consumption, and less time. You only need to secure it in place, close the door, preheat for 10 minutes, and turn your pizza halfway through the 6-minute cooking process. The downside is that this is for gas stoves only, so for those of us with an electric burner we’re sadly out of luck. If this fits your situation and you are a pizza maniac, then this $149.95 product will likely go onto your holiday wish list, because it’s pretty dang pricey to buy on a whim.
