Most of us have heard at least once that it’s best to save energy by unplugging certain appliances. Just shutting them off isn’t quite enough because of all the extra lights. Sometimes it’s as subtle as a glowing light that stays on, other times it can be obnoxious and very obvious. Some stereos even when off like to keep going a rotating and flashing message. Well to make things a little more convenient for you, now you can pick up an outlet switch. Instead of unplugging the device, you could just reach back to the outlet and flip the switch.
If your cords are organized in a particular way, when you unplug them it can make it so it’s hard to get it set up correctly again. This little device could make life a lot more simple for many. Just plug it directly into the outlet, and then on the other end plug in the appliance. Then when you’re done using it, just reach back to the outlet and turn it off. You can pick these up individually, or you can get them for slightly cheaper by buying several at once. For one it will cost you $4.98, for two $8.98 and for four of them $15.96. You can pick them up on Harriet Carter.
