I’ve owned a digital camera for years and can’t remember the last time I had to send off to get a film developed. That being said, I’ve still got a cupboard full of photographs and negatives. The “Slide And Negative To Digital Picture Converter” gadget, could let me remove all evidence of previously owning a film based camera.
The slide and negative digitizer can be used to scan in 35mm slides and film negatives, which it then converts to a normal digital photo. It scans at a resolution of 1829 DPI with a 10 bit color depth, so the images should be pretty sharp. Once you’ve scanned in all your old images you should have a spare draw to keep your ever increasing collection of memory cards in.
You can get the slide and negative digitizer (for want of a better name) from Hammacher for $99.95.
