Gaming peripherals are dime a dozen out there in the market, but which particular model do you pick when it comes to making a purchase? Of course, brand loyalty does amount to something, but there are times when one would make a decision purely based on getting the best amount of bang for one’s hard earned buck. Having said that, Corsair has just revealed their Sabre RGB Mice that will come with a choice of either optical or laser sensors.
The Corsair Gaming Sabre RGB Mice has been specially designed after obtaining input from veteran pro gamers, where the new gaming peripherals have been engineered with a new sleek, ergonomic form factor, all built into an extremely light chassis so that it can deliver quick, fluid and precise movements – regardless of how long of a marathon gaming session you are having at the moment.
Apart from that, there will also be advanced CUE software which enables gamers to be able to fine-tune their performance characteristics such as DPI, acceleration, and smoothing, not to mention having the ability to customize button assignments and macros for optimal gameplay. The two mice will also come with four-zone illumination with up to 16.8 million customizable colors, which makes them the perfect companion to other Corsair gaming products, including the likes of the Corsair Gaming K70, K95, or K65 RGB mechanical keyboards, and the Corsair Gaming H1500 and H2100 gaming headsets.
The optical sensor has a resolution of 6400 DPI, while the laser sensor model delivers 8200 DPI alongside ultra-precise tracking on just about any surface out there. Of course, it goes without saying that the Sabre RGB Laser mouse would be a wee bit pricier at $69.99 each, while the Sabre RGB Optical Mouse would set one back by $59.99. If you are a hardcore gamer, which of the two would you decide on while being in the market for a new mouse?
