There has been talk of fuel cells replacing (or complimenting) rechargable batteries for some time now, well it looks like they are now a reality for cellphones.
The Fuel Cell Store are selling kits for various cellphone models and PDAs. You don’t run your gadgets off the fuel cells instead you use it to get up to 4 re-charges of your regular batteries. They’re not cheap $39 for the kit ($10 for replacement fuel cells), but if you’re stuck miles away from a power outlet or Chargebox could be a real gadget save.
