The perfect way to use up a few minutes while waiting on your bus commute or in line at the DMV is to whip out your mobile phone and play some games. For those of you who have a touchscreen, there’s more to see, but more often than not your fingers are covering it as that’s where the controls are. If you are plagued with sausage finger syndrome, then you’ve likely wanted to get an exterior controller, but finding the one that works for you can be tough.
If you’re already familiar with the Dualshock 3 controllers and have one or two at home, then the Gamehook GH101 might make things a bit easier. This is a controller mounting bracket that will let you combine your Android smartphone and the Dualshock controller to make your mobile into a gaming powerhouse. This is made of a lightweight material, which will make it convenient for travel, but you will still need to tote around the controller as well.
This comes with a Micro-Mini USB Cable which will allow your phone and the controller to work together. While this is compatible with a myriad of games, you will want to make sure it’s appropriate for the games that you like and already play. Otherwise you’ll be dropping $24 on something that you’ll have to download more apps for. The biggest downside to this is that you’ll want to have it assembled most of the time for quick gaming access, which will make it awkward to carry around. If you have the time though in a bus or cab commute, then that’s a non-issue!
