Compatible with the latest PCIe 2.0 bus architecture, the Sigma Gate V8803GT52 is no slouch when it comes to performance, taking advantage of the 5GT/s bandwith that is offered by the PCIe 2.0 standard, and being 100% backwards-compatible with current PCIe motherboards. It takes up roughly half the space compared to the GeForce 8800GTX monster and boasts 112 stream processors, a 256-bit frame buffer, standard-setting GeForce 8 series features and DirectX 10 support. The Biostar Microtech Sigma Gate V8803GT52 will retail for $249 when released early next month in the US and Europe.
