Momento digital photo frame goes wireless

momento-wireless.jpgi-mate has recently launched its own line of stylish Momento wireless digital photo frames. The Momento range claims to offer both form and functionality within a WiFi package, and is available in 7″ and 10″ screen sizes. The range of applications for the Momento wireless digital photo frame is pretty extensive as you can now stream photos without the hassle of wires from your PC or notebook. The presence of a USB port and memory card slots enable you to hook up either a compatible memory card or USB flash drive containing your favorite digital memories with ease. There is also the option to sort and display pictures via tags, folders, ratings, date taken, and even playlists to create a truly memorable slideshow.

The i-mate Momento goes one up on its market rivals as it comes with MomentoLive, an innovative Internet picture sharing service specially developed for the i-mate Momento range of photo frames. This service enables you to send your pictures to your Momento photo frame from anywhere in the world as long as there is an Internet connection, letting you keep in touch with your friends and family always. Each Momento photo frame connected to the Internet will automatically try to retrieve photos within seconds from MomentoLive, making this a truly unique value added service.

Features include a high resolution 800 x480 WVGA TFT display, 802.11b/g compatibility, support for SD, MMC, XD, SmartMedia, and Memory Stick formats, a remote control, choice between landscape and portrait orientation, MP3 and WMA support, and integrated memory for up to 200 photos among others. The 7″ Momento 70 and 10″ Momento 100 will retail for £99 and £199.99 respectively.
