I’ve noticed trends in electronic musical instruments to play air. Some of you may have seen certain type of electric drumsticks that can make drum sounds if played in the air, and I believe we’ve already covered the Guitar Hero Air Guitar Rocker.
The piano has been getting the short end of the stick when it comes to the air instruments market. Fortunately, there is the Piano Hand, gloves that allow the user to create a tune by just tapping the fingers.
I looked all over and tried to find more information on the Piano Hand, but I could find very little information on it except that you can choose from about eight instruments. I tend to get suspicious about new products about these, and raise a bunch of questions.

Business travelers who travel a whole lot will definitely find that a pair of noise canceling headphones can go a long way in helping them maintain their freshness after a particularly long flight, drowning out ambient noise so that they can have a great time snoozing before they touch down at their destination. Sony offers this option in the form of the MDR-NC500D, touted to be the first set of digital noise canceling headphones in the world.
When it comes to tough notebooks, only one company comes into mind for most people - Panasonic and their range of Toughbooks. The name itself gives the game away, I suppose, and today we have major updates to the Toughbook line, spearheaded by the thin and light F8, the T8 which is a tablet alternative that you can use as a bullet proof shield (I jest, but you get the idea on just how tough it is) as well as the extremely portable W8 that targets those who are always on the go. The common denominator would be the number 8, and the 8 Series Toughbook mobile computers will all feature the Gobi 3G mobile broadband solution courtesy of Qualcomm that allows one to remain connected to high speed mobile Internet no matter where they are.
ViewSonic isn’t exactly a brand name that is associated with high end AV equipment, but then again they have been in business for quite some time already for a very good reason - offering enough bang for your buck. The latest LCD TV from ViewSonic would be the N2201w, and this 22″ looker offers more than just high definition images in your living room - it also packs in two other functions for added value for money. Retailing for under the $500 price point, the N2201w also features an integrated DVD player (if only they threw in a Blu-ray drive instead) that is located on the side of the TV as well as PC capabilities.
