Corsair and Dell usher in 1600MHz memory
Corsair and Dell have come together in a show of commitment for a high performance computing experience, announcing the availability of 4GB of overclocked DDR3 memory that will be available officially for the first time. The memory in question is Corsair’s very own Dominator line, and these speedy monsters can be found on Dell’s XPS 730 gaming desktop that will run at a solid 1600MHz without suffering from stability issues. I suppose you had best get the rest of your computer up to par, ranging from the motherboard to processor and video card lest a bottleneck pops up out of nowhere, leaving you unable to enjoy the blazing fast speeds of such memory.

Klipsch Image X5 Headphones
Once again, my skepticism alarm has gone off again when I heard the words “world’s smallest”. Klipsch has been saying that their Image X10 headphones are the world’s smallest headphones, but the company has just recently announced a newer version with the X5, headphones that are 2mm larger in diameter than its predecessor.
Of course, size doesn’t matter in the world of headphones, only quality. The X5 has quality in spades.
The X5 uses the same translucent contour ear gels that fit very comfortably in the human ear, and are designed to reduce “ear fatigue”. They also have a seal for noise isolation with an increased bass response. All of that translates into one great listening experience with sound that almost completely shuts off the rest of the world.

Intelligent Night Vision System
The other day, I was driving down the road, and I changed lanes. I thought I was far enough away from the other vehicles, but then I heard a loud honk. I quickly realized that the car was a lot closer than I thought it was. Considering that a lot of mirrors have that “objects in mirror are closer than they appear” warning, it makes it too easy to miscalculate the distance of a vehicle in the side view mirrors.
Perhaps this is why Toshiba invented Visconti technology, which allows drivers to see how close other vehicles actually are. The company put this technology on display at the 2008 Automotive Engineering Exposition in Yokohama, Japan. Apparently, Honda is already using this Intelligent Night Vision System on some of their models.

Automatic Stirring Mug: Because We’re Out Of Spoons

We get ourselves in some of the weirdest situations. God forbid we ever forget to make set our coffee machine, yet we frequently forget to wash our utensils, including our spoons. When we’re in a quandary such as this, we resort to doing some pretty unappetizing things, such as stirring our coffee with our pencils and pens. Hey, we need our caffeine juice to be properly stirred!
Have you ever thought it would be cool if we didn’t even need to manually stir your own beverage? The Stir Mug from Gevalia does all of the stirring for you. The mug will gently stir the contents of your mug with just the press of a button, saving you the embarrassment of stirring with a foreign object, or unsightly and painful finger burns after attempting to do so with your digits.
