Persona C30 - ID Cart Printer

Persona C30 - ID Cart Printer

The Persona C30 is a ID cart printer that will probably save you lots of time and money if you are the kind of person that needs to create lots of ID cards. Instead of going to the printing stores and waiting a bunch of time to have the work done + having to pay an extensive bill, the Persona C30 can help you by letting you do the card printings at home. Official 007 Laptop

November 7th, 2006 by Fred in PC Gadgets, Spy Stuff

Bond Laptop

My name is Bond, $3900 dollars less in the pocket for a cool looking but slow computer Bond.

You’ve got baddies to deal with.

You’ve got a car that costs as much as some people’s home.

You’re now blond, and you must find a way to send an email and look super cool doing it, probably while upside down.

The Evil Robotic USB Snowbot

November 7th, 2006 by Al in USB Gadgets, Wacky Gadgets

SnowbotThis has got to be the coolest (albeit most useless) USB gadget around, the USB powered Snowbot.

The Snowbot looks and sounds like it has come off a set of BattleStar Galactica (thank you ScFi). Simply plug it into any free USB port and watch the Snowbot’s LED robotic eye scan from left to right.

For added fun you can adjust the speed of the eye scan, switch the spooky robotic sound on and off and even manually move its articulated arms (what more could you want from a robotic snowman).

The Snowbot is available from ThinkGeek for $14.99.

Why decorate your cubicle for Thanksgiving when Christmas is just around the corner?

November 5th, 2006 by Mike in USB Gadgets, Wacky Gadgets

USB Christmas Decoration Kit
I’m not really counting or anything, but I’ll let you in on a bit of a secret: Christmas is only 49 days away. Sure, a couple of days ago it was Halloween, and we still haven’t gotten past Thanksgiving, but you can’t get around it; the Christmas catalogs and commercials are coming. Don’t even bother decorating for Thanksgiving this year; you might as well just start the Christmas festivities early, which means getting yourself a USB Christmas Decoration Kit. Sorry, there isn’t a kit for Hanukkah just yet.

LightSnake makes digital recording easy

November 5th, 2006 by Edwin in Audio/Video Gadgets, Electronic Gadgets, USB Gadgets

lightsnake.jpgEver wanted to start recording your very own tracks digitally, but never got around doing it due to the numerous cables and sound cards that you have to meddle with? Enter the LightSnake from SoundTech, an amazing invention that could be dubbed as a “Soundcard in a cable” - making digital music recording as easy as 1, 2, 3. All you need to do to get started is to plug in your particular instrument and begin recording in CD quality. Each purchase of a LightSnake comes with demonstration software from Sony, while the cable is Garage Band-ready for Mac users, offering a new totally twist to the meaning Plug-and-Play.

Dreams nearly fulfilled, Thank you Fujitsu,,, NOW GIMME my lappy!!!

November 4th, 2006 by Fred in PC Gadgets

Fujistu

You know as a kid, a slightly balding man, or a woman, you always wanted a Ferrari, admit it. Well computers are kind of the same; you always wanted power, monstrous power, and a convenient, easy way to interact with it. Well for many of you, that occurred in the past few years when laptops embedded with wireless functions and large amounts or ram and power, enabled programmers, and businesspeople alike to do nearly anything and everything they’ve wanted to.

A4Tech’s Battery Free Wireless Mouse

November 3rd, 2006 by Mike in PC Gadgets, USB Gadgets

A4Tech's Battery-free Wireless Mouse
The only catch with modern day wireless mice is that you need to have some sort of battery, which means you either have to remember to charge it, or remember to buy extra batteries. Both are hassles. Not anymore though, because A4Tech has come out with a battery-free wireless mouse. And it actually works, although there is a catch.

Scrybe, finally?

November 2nd, 2006 by Fred in PC Gadgets

This post will be very simple.

Be astounded.

Sign up for the beta.

Wait patiently.

This online and offline software, if executed in the proper manner could quickly be the first application since Microsoft office, to become a true standard piece of software.

Bits and pieces of this entire application have sprung up here and there, but finally someone seems to have put it all together!

Let’s just hope it also synchs with all our favorite tools (ipod/ical, palm, win CE).

I’m all-atwitter!!
