These have got to be the smallest earpieces I’ve ever seen, the micro earpieces slot into your ears and are near invisible.
I’m pleased to say all models are wireless (having an invisible earpiece with a wire dangling from it would have kind of defeated the object). Communications is via Bluetooth or an inductive coil that you wear under your clothes.
They may be small but they’re certainly not cheap with prices starting at over $200. More info over at wintec, thanks to fellow gadget enthusiast MystD for the heads up on these tiny devices.

So you’re stuck on the phone with your Aunt Annie who always has tons of things to say, and being a phlegmatic, you have this inborn trait of not knowing how to say no and end the conversation politely as your World of Warcraft character is getting bashed right in front of your eyes as she rambles on and on about her latest outing with the rest of the girls at the local Hat Club. Let’s face the fact - there are more than enough iPod docks out there in the market which probably outnumber the population of a small country, and having yet another one released will not do anyone any good at all. A speaker dock for a cellphone, on the other hand, is entirely different as those are extremely rare in comparison with their iPod-toting brethren.
The advent of VoIP services like Skype certainly ushered about a brand new era in communications, where an entry-level computer coupled with a broadband connection is more than enough to provide you with the necessary tools to hold long distance conversations with someone else across the globe without forking out a cent. This means you kiss goodbye to monstrously high phone bills at the end of the month. But does that make the regular house phone obsolete? Not quite yet, as there are still plenty of older folks out there who do not even know how to operate a computer, let alone a cellphone, hence their reliance on the traditional landline to keep in touch.
