I didn’t know chocolate was somewhat like wine - there is a right temperature to eat it. Morinaga from Japan aims to boost the popularity of its premium Dars chocolate by including a temperature sensing sticker that shows the correct time to bite a chunk whenever “high quality mouth meltiness” has been achieved. The round sticker will change color from violet to deep pink, with washed-out pale pink at the extreme end of the spectrum (above 25 degrees Celsius). All I can say is, this is a brilliant marketing gimmick that is practical at the same time.
