It comes as no surprise that in the wake of the success Asus found with their Eee PC, others are already trying to cash in with similar products. Asus isn’t sitting idle, they’ve got their own plans to keep their sales up. In addition to adding Windows XP to their current sub-notebook, they’re planning on branching out with other low-cost computers.

Get a GOAT to mow your lawn
I hate mowing the lawn. I grew up in the country, which meant there was a lot of grass to be cut. In addition to my parents’ lawn, I also did the mowing for our kind, elderly neighbor. In all, there were about 3 acres worth of grass. I joked with my parents about getting a goat or two, as they would simply eat the grass. I’m going to guess that someone else had a similar childhood, because they’ve created the remote-controlled GOAT lawn mower.

Pac-Man lights up your world
Damn! Now why didn’t they have this during Christmas? Check out this Pac-Man lights that are truly a blast from the past while lighting up your world at the same time. I guess the little yellow fellow did just that back when you were a teen, hanging out at sleazy arcades although the glow from the arcade cabinet could not quite compare to this. Thanks to French lighting company Remake Design, these interlocking light blocks consist of colored ghosts, dots, as well as everybody’s favorite pie chart – Pac-Man. A set of four blocks will cost somewhere in the region of 1,200 quarters – that’s $300 for the mathematically-challenged.

E Ink Corporation shares advances in flexible display program
E Ink Corporation is a well known name in the world of electronic paper display technology, and has recently announced its flexible display program at a recent symposium. According to E Ink, their partner LG. Philips LCD has just introduced the highest resolution 14.3″ flexible color display in the world at the recently concluded CES which used E Ink’s Vizplex Imaging Film and LG.Philip’s very own metal foil and plastic substrate backplace. The result of this amalgamation measures less than 300 micrometers thin without compromising on performance – you get a resolution of 1,280 x 800 which is completely rollable and bendable, with the image not suffering from distortion of any sort.
