When I first heard of these I thought what is the point of having an FM radio in a pair of binoculars but for sports fans it’s actually a pretty good idea.
If you’ve ever been to a football match and found your self sitting in the top tier it can be a struggle to make out whose currently got the ball, hence the need for binoculars and if you miss not having the commentary you get on TV you can tune the radio to getting running commentary. Just hope the commentary is in real-time or it could get very confusing.
The FM Radio Binoculars are available from the Hammacher store.

Everyone has wanted a drum kit at some stage in life. Yet for most of us, we will never have one because of lack of money, space and possibly talent. It looks so cool when you see an experienced drummer in action, definitely attractive to the ladies.
I find RFID (Radio Frequency ID) technology a bit like magic, I’m amazed at how small it is and that it can communicate wirelessly. The Memory Spot research team have come up with a new chip that makes an RFID chip look huge in comparison.
Wrinkles, like the Tax Man, will catch us all eventually. However, before resorting to a surgeon’s scalpel, why not try PowerCosmetics Anti-Aging Skincare Patches. The product is basically a low voltage battery which is printed onto flexible, paper-like patches (Power Paper). The Power Paper battery is composed of zinc anode and manganese dioxide-based cathode layers and the cells are made of propriety inks. This means the batteries can be printed onto paper or other such materials to make a flexible and thin battery. Power Paper cells are environment-friendly and safe, containing no mercury or other heavy metals. I love science me!
Suppose you are a traveling salesman with a yen for the local anchorwoman. You spend day after fruitless day on the road, only to come home each night to a lonely hotel room. You sit there in your underwear drinking beer and watching the sub-par anchorwomen of whatever godforsaken town you happen to be in tonight. Well fret no more because the Japanese company Novac has released a television tuner for Skype software. It enables your computer to broadcast TV shows via the internet. With a laptop and an internet connection you can watch your local shows no matter where you happen to be.
