In my house there always seems to be at least one gadget be it phone, laptop, roomba, iPod, camera, the list goes on. Not only does this mean there is a tangle of cables lying around but I often seem to lose chargers.
The PowerStation Cable Organizer aims to solve these problems, by hiding your chargers and most of the accompanying cables and holds your gadgets in place whilst they are charging. A bit like a ChargeBox for your home.

InvisibleSHIELD is like a screen protector film but for your whole device. What this means is that you can protect your device from knocks and scratches but without having to hide it in a case.
In the pack you get the actual InvisibleSHIELD film pre-cut for the device you have purchased it for, a small squirty-bottle of solution (they call it SHIELDSpray) and a small piece of plastic (referred to as a squeegee).

One of the problems with carrying a load of gadgets around is the fear that one may run out of gadget juice and you’ve left your charger at home (or there’s nowhere to plug it in). The UK company BoxBrands have come up with a novel solution that will be appearing all over the UK anytime soon, the ChargeBox.
The ChargeBox is kind of what it sounds, a box you put your gadget in (mobile, iPod, PDA etc.) and leave it to charge. The box is a secure locker, so when you’re running out of juice put your gadget in a ChargeBox, insert a pound, lock the secure box and then pop to the pub for 40 minutes whilst your gadget charges. Is that useful or what?

What ever happened to the old Boom Box, that annoying stereo that was carried around on idiots peoples shoulders and blasted out so called music at ear damaging decibels. I’m pleased to say I’ve not seen one (and more importantly heard one) in years but that could be about to change!
One of the great things about the iPod is you can carry it anywhere. One of the not so great things is that when the batteries run out you can’t charge it up anywhere (finding a power socket in a field in Glastonbury just ain’t going to happen). The answer may be at had with the Solio Charger.
The Solio looks like a solar powered popellor but it is in fact a solar powered charger for your iPod, so provided there is a bit of sun you can charge your iPod outside and be environmentally friendly at the same time.
You can get the Solio Charger from Firebox for just shy of 50 pounds (though was on pre-order last time we looked).
If you spend a fair amount in the kitchen and want to give your iPod it’s own special spot, check out the Under-Cabinet iPod Dock and Radio, an iPod docking station that fits well under a cabinet.
Known as the iLoad this device lets you transfer music from CD directly to your iPod without the need of a PC (or Mac).
Simply put a CD into the iLoad, connect it to your iPod (compatible with all models), select which tracks you want and the iLoad will then convert them to MP3 and copy them over to your music player. It takes about 9 minutes to do a full CD.
The iLoad is pretty expensive IMO for what it does, costing $249.95 but if you want that sort of convenience you can get it here.
