Chromatic – it’s color o’ clock

When we’re looking to see what time it is, we often just check our phones. Of course, our phones are not always constantly on us, so it’s nice to have a fixed point or two around the house that shows the time. We don’t want to have a generic wheel of numbers hanging on our wall though, as that’s what normal people do. We have to show that we’re edgy, nerdy, and interesting, so it only makes sense that we would chuck a bunch of money at a clock that has the same function a $5 version would, but fancier.

The Chromatic is a wall clock that will show the present time through different colored LEDs. It has 60 LEDs that have six different built-in animation modes to choose from. There’s pulse, which gives you a red hour hand, blue minute hand which pulses in seconds, RGB shows a green hour hand, blue minute, and red seconds, rainbow, which is all the colors with those not lit indicating the time, red alert being all red, traffic light, which has red hour, green minute, and yellow second hands, and crazy sunset, which will be a magenta hour, white minute, and a blue second hand.

This has a slotted hanger on the back, or you can use the fold-out stand to turn it into a tabletop display. It’s made of plastic and is powered by a CR2032 lithium battery. It can be powered via USB, and it comes with a 4 foot long USB cable with AC adapter for your computer, and a 10 ft. USB cable with AC adapter for wall hanging. This will cost you $49.99, and is sure to make your home look extra-neat to all of your house guests.

It will be cool to have a color o’clock instead of a original clock or looking on your phone. ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺ ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺
