iKettle 2.0 is world’s greatest Wi-Fi kettle

by

I don’t know about you, but what do you see when you take a look at your kettle? It is just an implementation in the kitchen that will be able to churn out piping hot water as and when required, although a little bit of waiting needs to be done before the heating element does its job. Back in the day, kettles whistled to signal that they are ready to serve boiling water, but in the day of gas and electricity, things have changed dramatically. Kettles too, would like to jump aboard the smart device bandwagon, and the iKettle of yore has seen a successor revealed in the form of the £99.99 iKettle 2.0. Aptly named too, we see.

The iKettle 2.0 is tipped to arrive later this October, so you might want to keep this in mind as you move into your new home. The iKettle 2.0 will allow you to boil your kettle with your smartphone, regardless of where you are in your home, just make sure that there is enough water in there since you would not want to end up risking any damage to the heating element within. Not only that, you will be able to choose from any temperature between 20-100c before boiling, making it ideal for those who love their teas. The iKettle app will then notify you whenever it reaches your desired temperature, and you can even wake up to your favorite brew thanks to the Wake Up Mode. There is also a built-in sensor that tells you how much water is in the iKettle before you boil.
