ASUS Zen AiO S announced
The All-in-One (AiO) PC phenomenon is far from over, as there is a constant market for this particular form factor, taking into consideration just how much smaller and cramped our offices and homes are these days. It is all about maximizing the amount of storage space, and making full use of what we have at the moment. Hence, AiO PCs can be rather popular as well, and ASUS has decided to up the ante for this particular niche market with their 23.8” Zen AiO S Z240IC as well as the 21.5” Zen AiO S Z220IC, where these would happen to be the very first models in the incredible new Zen AiO S Series.
The Zen AiO S would be able to deliver a perfect balance of beauty and performance for the ultimate all-in-one computing experience, where the aesthetics alone would make it look as though the machine itself was blazing fast. I call this the rice rocket theory, since those modified Asian cars with stickers plastered all over do seem to have that sense of speed. Back to the Zen AiO S – it proves that beauty is not just skin-deep, as it will run on a 6th-generation Intel Core i7 processor as well as carrying the gaming-grade NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphics with up to 4GB of video memory.
Not only that, you will be able to enjoy future forward specifications such as the latest USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port, up to PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 SSD storage, and up to an Intel RealSense camera. As for your ears, they too, will be pampered thanks to a powerful six-speaker ASUS SonicMaster Premium sound system which is more than capable of pumping out 16W of incredibly rich and clear stereo sound.
All in all, this does seem to be the perfect PC to own if you would like to start from scratch without having to go through all the hassle of building one yourself from selected parts. There is no word on pricing just yet though.
