The GoSun Stove is a portable solar grill for sunny day excursions
When you want to have a grill out, you normally need to have some kind of fuel, whether it be charcoal or propane to cook your meal. Grilling your food always leaves a particularly pleasant taste on everything, but if you’re more concerned with getting the proper temperature to make your food edible, then cleaning up the mess associated with the grill is a pain. Not everyone wants to deal with cleaning off the bars, dusting out the debris, or lugging around all that fuel in the first place.
There is a fuel that is usually at our disposal, and doesn’t cost you anything to use. The GoSun Stove uses solar power to heat up the inner chamber, and will give you the option to bake, boil, or fry your food. It only takes about 20 minutes to cook your food on a nice sunny day, and doesn’t require any more work from you aside from folding this up and taking it home. Of course, you’ll still want to wash the glass cooking chamber.
You can adjust the temperature from 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit. The vacuum between two layers of glass will prevent ambient temperatures from intruding in on the cooking process, which means you can even cook with this in the dead of winter…if there’s sun. It can hold up to 3 pounds of food, or 14 ounces of liquid if you’re trying to make a warm drink. This is going to cost you $263 or more, and as it only weighs 8 pounds it will be a breeze to take with you for spontaneous BBQ emergencies.
