GoPro HERO4 Session is their smallest and lightest model yet

by

I am quite sure that many of us happen to subscribe to the saying that a picture speaks a thousand words, and hence, if you happen to have a video of a particular event, it speaks a whole lot more than just a thousand words – perhaps a million. Any one of you happen to have gone through a particularly exciting time in life, such as a whitewater rafting adventure? If so, sharing the experience in words with the rest of your mates is not going to d the situation any justice, that is for sure. If only you had something to record your adventure with. GoPro has catered to such a situation for many a year now, with their range of HERO action cameras, and this time around, it would be the GoPro HERO4 Session that will step up to the plate as it is their smallest and lightest model to date.

Just how does the new dimensions stack up to the rest of its siblings? For starters, it will be 50% smaller and 40% lighter than GoPro’s best-selling HERO4 Black and Silver cameras, but do not let the small and diminutive size fool you. After all, the HERO4 Session will still come with GoPro’s Emmy Award-winning image quality and performance into an exciting new low-profile form factor. The HERO4 Session will also be able to ride with you through rough times, thanks to a durable waterproof design which does away with the need for a separate housing, and will also feature simple one-button control in order to make capturing immersive photos and video quicker and more convenient than ever before.

Not only that, you need not have to fret about backwards compatibility with certain accessories, since the HERO4 Session will play nice with existing GoPro mounts. Those who are interested will be able to pick this puppy up from July 12 onward with an asking price of $399.99 a pop.
