The Grifta Gamepad – divide and conquer
Our daily lives are a bit repetitive, but we can’t honestly say we know what’s going to happen when we wake up tomorrow. Things always pop up spontaneously, and change what we’re doing. For those that love to game at every interval of the day, you have to change how you play from place to place, as you can’t lug your PC or console around with you, but don’t want to strain your hands and neck playing mobile games all the time.
If you wish you could change the way you game for every scenario you come across, then you’ll want a gamepad that can change to suit your needs, whatever they may be. The Grifta Gamepad is a modular gamepad system that will give you triggers, buttons, a joystick, and D-pad that are placed as ergonomically as possible. This is not a one-size-fits all thanks to the three different sizes of silicon rubber handgrips. There is a left and right side aspect that has mechanical switches, which means the exact time you hit the button is exactly when you’ll react in the game. You’ll be able to choose whether you play with both of these units combined, split, or one side with a mouse.
This will work on PC, with PS3, PS4, Android, and if you have a XIM adapter, an XBOX 360 or XBOX One. Getting the Grifta Classic (both left and right sides) will cost you around $77. There are accessories that will make this easier for mobile and tablet gaming, FPS games, and making the adjoining middle aspect magnetic, but that will cost you several hundred dollars more.
