The Igloo Dome Pillow makes sure you always have a quiet, dark place to sleep
If you live near a busy area, there’s a good chance your room is not actually dark. Street lamps, outdoor lights, and headlights from cars randomly passing by make it hard to fall asleep and stay that way. Not only that, but sounds from traffic, pedestrians, and sirens zipping by are also going to shake you from slumber. If you want to snooze without being bothered by the outside world, you’ll need to find a way to cover your eyes and ears.
However, ear plugs normally fall out, and an eye mask sometimes gets stuck in your hair or moves in the middle of the night. If you’d rather go to sleep unencumbered by something actually on your person, the Igloo Dome Pillow will be a welcome relief. This is quite literally a pillow in a dome shape that will cut out most light and a fair amount of sound. You will need to be ok with sticking your head into an enclosed space though, as this will be putting a mini foam tent over your face.
This is made of PET, urethane, polyurethane, and cotton, which means it can be machine-washed. You’ll likely want to leave it out to drip dry or it may not maintain its shape very well. This would be perfect for short naps on break at work, on your bed, sofa, or the floor. This will cost you $183, and gives you the perfect sleeping environment pretty much anywhere. It will store away easily, but would be hard to take with you on a daily basis. While it doesn’t look quite as silly as the Ostrich, I doubt it blocks out as much sound.
