The Reinast Luxury Toothbrush will clean out your teeth and wallet
We’ve gotten into the habit of thinking things that cost more are somehow more effective or made out of better materials. This is not always the case, and the fancy items often end up doing the same job a cheaper option might provide. Of course, this can cover a variety of topics such as food, medicine, vehicles, and toiletries.
In this particular instance, I’m singling out toothbrushes. Why you might ask? Well seeing that there’s a luxury toothbrush on the market for close to $4,500, it’s worth mentioning. Reinast has made a dental care utensil that “transcends time and passing trends”. This is a titanium toothbrush with replaceable heads which is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee (or they seem to make it out that way). They’ll send five new replacement heads every six months, which likely means the bristles and hard plastic are not as high quality as the titanium body and the antibacterial alloy for the socket.
You can choose the body to be titanium, champagne, rose, or matte-black, and there are bumper accessories to purchase, which will be a guard between your teeth and the titanium toothbrush. In other words, you can not buy this accessory, and have the delightful feeling of metal on teeth every once in a while. This is a beautiful toothbrush, but it’s not going to make your teeth any whiter or cleaner as you’re still going to be the one doing all the work. On top of that, you’ll be out several thousand dollars.
