Skyrunner AeroCraft R/C is a surefire attention grabber

by

What are some of the more fun remote controlled toys that you have come across so far? Here is something from the folks over at ThinkGeek, the $69.99 Skyrunner AeroCraft R/C that comes in the form of a quadcopter complete with glow-in-the-dark cage climbs walls. Apart from flying around, it is also pretty agile, being able to walk and run up and about. After all, how many glow-in-the-dark quadcopters have you actually come across so far?

The Skyrunner AeroCraft R/C is meant to be driven while it is on the ground, sporting a special cage structure that enables it to climb walls or roll along the ceiling. You will be able to control this using the 2.4GHz remote control, and the cage has another option apart from glowing in the dark, where it helps protect the motor when you crash. This is meant for intermediate users, and boasts of a controlling distance of up to 50 feet. Other features include a 6-axis gyro and omni-directional flight, where it is powered by a quartet of AA batteries. It works best when it comes to flying indoors, where it takes a full hour to juice up that offers slightly more than 5 minutes of flying time.
