The Singing Machine Home Karaoke Bluetooth Speaker System

The Singing Machine Home
Singing along to your favorite songs feels very empowering. We can belt out a tune if there’s music to accompany us, but if we’re just trying to sing on our own, we often forget the words. If you want more chances to bust out into song without having to test your brain on the lyrics, then it might be nice to have a karaoke machine around.

The Singing Machine Home is a karaoke Bluetooth speaker system that can connect to your TV, and will let you sing to your heart’s content. You can stream music from your phone or tablet, or connect to WiFi and use their subscription service that has over 8,000 cloud-based HD music videos with lyrics. This system is much more sleek than clunkier versions we’ve seen before. It does have its own stereo speaker, and says that it can fill a room with sound, but that remains to be seen.

This pod shaped device will cost you around $300, and comes with an odd looking remote that also doubles as a microphone. It does come with an AC power adapter, but if you want to hook it up to an HDMI-enable TV, you’ll need a cable for it. Additional remote/microphones will cost $50 a pop if you enjoy throwing karaoke parties at home. As this does cost a pretty penny, you’ll want to make sure you do your homework before you plop a lot of money on a system.
