Iron Man 3 Mouse – is this enough to make gaming geeks drool?

We are faced with many choices of customization when it comes to our computer setup. There are a myriad of types of keyboards, mice, monitors, and more. Even then, there are further choices in special features, colors, and some are collector’s items. While most of us will go with whatever works at our level of proficiency (and what our wallets will allow), others opt for the more aesthetic options.

The Iron Man 3 Mouse from E-Blue looks pretty awesome, but all of the typos in the initial description I found make it seem a little less grand. This is essentially a commonplace gaming mouse with a light and a repaint, but it seems like it is still going to get the job done while looking too cool for school. Anything with a movie tie-in is going to get a lot of recognition, but whether it will actually be up to par is another question entirely.

This mouse has left, right, scroll, DPI, back, and forward buttons, and is capable of pulsating light like the arc reactor. The DPI settings let you choose between 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000. The polling rate is 125-1000Hz. This isn’t necessarily costly at only $73, but it’s a fairly basic mouse. If you’re a huge Stark fan, then tossing your money at it is understandable, but there are a lot of options out there that will give you more bang for your buck.

For $73? Totally not worth it.
