Power generating dog leash

Dog owners know just how important it is to walk their dogs in order to burn off all the pent up mental energy, so why not take a greener approach with the Power Generating Dog Leash? This unique device even comes with a storage space that can hold doggy poop bags, alongside a trio of LEDs if night walking is your thing. There are no batteries involved – all you need to do is coil and recoil the leash in order to generate juice for those LEDs. No idea on pricing or availability, but expect the Power Generating Dog Leash to hit the market later this year.

This is awesome! I love how people are coming up with new ways to produce energy.

Funny. Much faster dog – much more energy.
Hmmm… Hamsters maybe too produce energy when run.

Cool gadget this is it. A poop bag and collar all in one! Fantastic. What about a carry bag on the collar for when he has done the deed.

Liz at Priority Pet Care Says: July 18, 2010 at 8:34 pm

Now all we need to do is turn the contents of the bag into energy!

Buddie Jones Says: August 19, 2010 at 7:25 pm

Now this appears worthwhile! Of course the price would need to be competitive and reasonable particularly as some families have more than one dog.

How cool is this! Good-on-yeh to the person who thought this one up. I don’t like to walk my dog in the dark, but it’s a sweet idea for people who do!
