Support was awful, had no idea how to set it up for Mac and referred me to guide for Windows install even though I told them I was using a mac (the manual is in poor English anyways). Long story short, I now have to pay money out of pocket to return the unit and I am out $30 in customs fees on top of that. Also, I never received the stylus they promised as part of the Black Friday promotion. Not impressed with this product or this company at all!
