heated-glovesThe Hammacher Schlemmer Institute’s research team are pretty happy with their Best Heated Gloves after conducting extensive side-by-side tests using carefully controlled variables. Each pair is capable of producing a maximum temperature of 148.9 degrees F, which is over 50 degrees F warmer than its competitors, hence the “Best” title in its name. Its ability to produce heat across “all of the fingers,” this pair also scored highest for comfort. Some of the features include a very soft interior and undetectable wires.

Other superior features include Thinsulate insulation that helps retain heat, a breathable membrane that keeps hands dry, and a leather palm for a confident grip. An adjustable wrist enclosure and a zippered cuff seal out snow and cold. The 4-oz. battery pack slips into a pocket on the cuff and adjusts to four power levels with just a touch. Heats for two to 10 hours on a full charge from the AC charger depending on power setting.

Expect to fork out $199.95 for a pair of The Best Heated Gloves this coming winter. Chances are you’ll love it after donning a pair!
