There is always some little thing that comes out for additional “workout” or “anti-Stress” things… with that being said I actually feel that the Dynaflex has helped out in my life for sure! I know exactly what you mean when you say ” it can prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)” because my job requires me to mostly do typing you can understand why the Dynaflex has helped me out!

It’s been out that long? I did a search for Dynaflex on this site, and this was the first time we had covered it. I’m glad that people know about it, because I think everyone needs one of these.

Seriously, those gyroscope-balls have been around for a decade or so by now, and can be bought at dollar-shops… they’re still available under their original name “Gyrotwister”, and even the officially branded version only costs 20 Euros…
