I was given a heated mouse as a gift earlier this year. I unwrapped it, plugged it in and it did not work.
The company refused to accept any responsibility. They (she, it's one woman) said she would replace it 'free' if I bought a guarantee that cost more than the mouse sells for. We had assumed they only sold working items, and that to have it work was not something to be purchased as an additional option, so were outraged by this suggestion. At the end of a very long email exchange I was still left with a useless product that has never worked.
To add insult, a while later I received a LinkedIn invitation from someone I don't know. One Anna Miller, wanting to add me to her professional network. The woman behind the Value Rays heated mouse. Professional is the last work I would use for her.

Hi, I am in Japan.

I have ever some experience about using a warm mouse. I agree with Jim'S opinion that there are must consider more about the circulation. Yes, overall I agree a warm mouse (maybe also from Valuerays) is so helpful to me to keep my body (especially my hand) keep in warm condition, especially when I'm going work till midnight to use computer either at office or my beloved house.

Agree with Jim....

I bought the ValueRays 3-Piece Set - infrared heated mouse, mouse hand warmer blanket and heated keyboard pad. I love it. The infrared heat helps my arthritis, but most of all, my computer hands stay warm -- I save on energy bills and don't need to turn up the thermostat when I'm sitting at the computer. Great ideas and gadget problem solvers!

I have used the ValueRays heated mouse and the ValueRays heated keyboard pad for about 6 months now. I am a lefty/righty meaning that my right hand is always on the mouse and my left hand works the keyboard. With the heated keyboard pad and heated mouse I don't find myslef stopping and stretching my fingers and hands for more circulation. I especially like that both of the items have an on off switch. The heat is not a hot heat but a soothing infrared heat that feels really good in the mornings and when I'm working late at night. Great products.
