In the case of the iPod, it's normally skipping tracks, pausing, etc. If manufacturers are going to go all touchscreen then what happens to all their customers that have problems with their eyesight? I'm guessing that the blind would probably not want to use a Zune/iPod because it would prevent them from hearing their surroundings, but I wonder how many do own them?
