After all, there’s still plenty of room left to spare on the hard drive, ain’t it? It can get pretty hard to know which file you’ve sent to which portable hard drive, but this is where the Leyio aims to help you get more organized, albeit on a much smaller scale.

Flexing 16GB of onboard flash, it’s roomy enough to accommodate thousands of pictures or songs or Powerpoint Presentations or… However, where Leyio departs from your traditional memory devices is in its ability to share. Using Ultra-Wideband radio technology, two Leyios can transfer files between each other at a startling rate of up to 10MB per second. Simply pair them up, select the file you wish to share and then transmit the data from one to the other, with a flick of the wrist.

Available in Ice Grey, Pink and Mirror colors, don’t be fooled into thinking this is just another USB flash drive. It even comes with a 2GB USB ‘shuttle’ integrated into its case that can be pulled out when you need a smaller USB flash drive on-the-go – just remember to attach it back when you’re done! Leyio also comes with a 1.5″ OLED display that allows you to view its contents without having to boot up your computer, and the biometric thumbprint detector is there for additional security.
