Toilet needs to be little higher, assume you’re facing the water tank/sink. The sink needs to be lower and wider. Then you could be washing your hands/face; shaving etc. while dumping, also a grab bar at edge of sink to pull up with for older folks who are not that agile anymore. Toilet paper could roll out from under sink.
Otherwise a neat concept from the same old, same old.

Neagle, you’re supposed to clean the T bowl ever once in a while, otherwise go in your yard and dig a hole.
