T-Mobile USA has a new smartphone in the offing for fans who think that the iPhone 3G is cool but not able to fulfil the role of an enterprise device, and we have the T-Mobile Sidekick LX that boasts 3G connectivity for superior data speeds as well as enhanced mobile access to popular social media sites to keep your mind off the recently concluded boardroom meeting that had less than optimistic figures for the coming year which could affect your bonus. The Sidekick LX is already available for pre-order through a Web-only pre-sale for existing T-Mobile customers, and it will come in its now iconic swivel design with two colors (orchid and carbon), boasting the sharpest display as well as thinnest profile ever found on any Sidekick to date.

According to Denny Marie Post, chief marketing officer, T-Mobile USA, Inc., “Our Sidekick customers are going to be blown away by the new features this device is offering, which is why it’s so exciting to give them the exclusive opportunity to get it before anyone else. Today’s Sidekick customers are avid communicators, with three out of four accessing social networking sites on their device at least once per week. The real-time notifications, tied with 3G speeds and GPS, will provide customers with the best experience of any Sidekick before, and we expect it will exceed their expectations.”

Will all of that marketing babble live up to its hype? Why not you take a look at the specifications below and make your own conclusion :-

does this come with picture messaging? and not u can attach an image to an email and send it through email. because i have a sidekick id and people send me picture messages which i cant get through my phone. it only sends the pictures to an album on the internet.. yet the phone has a photo album application because u can get pics from emails… ugh i hate it! and i was debating on getting this phone if it actually did REAL picture messaging and not receive pics thru email.
