Wireless X12 Taser LLS Stun Gun
by Mark R in Miscellaneous Gadgets, Spy Stuff
I love reporting on the latest in weaponry. I’m sure that a lot of people will call me a little twisted, but I just can’t think of a cooler gadget than the latest weapon.
This particular stun gun, the X12 Taser LLS, had me when it was described as a “wireless taser”. Perhaps I also have an affinity for all things wireless. I mean, we have wireless computers and phones, why not wireless tasers? After all, those wires that zip out of most tasers can tangle very easily.
The LLS stands for Less Lethal Shotgun, and it is able to fire a charged round from up to 88 feet away. According to a Press Release, “it can pentrate clothing and transmit electrical impulses, causing the body to be temporarily paralyzed, unlike conventional stun guns which cause immobility by causing pain”.
In other words, someone might have you in their sight before you say “don’t tase me, bro”. I’m sure that you really don’t want to get hit by one of these guys, really.
The X12 Taser LLS is due to come out in June, but I’m guessing that it won’t be available to the general public. Hopefully, it won’t be too expensive, because SWAT teams in today’s economy might opt for cheaper and more lethal rifles.

self defense for women Says:
August 13th, 2009 at 6:39 pmThe possession of non-lethal weapons are very important; only if you have made up your mind to never become a victim in this ruthless society. There are real and crucial reasons why self defense for women products are important.
Allow me to enlighten you with a brief true story that has recently occurred in my family. My cousin had a boy friend that came over one night and he was drunk. They began to argue, then he began to beat on her.
She did not have any form of protection, so she drastically pulled a knife on him. Thankfully no one was seriously injured, but something surprisingly occurred when the police officers arrived on the scene.
The police not only arrested the male involved but also the woman who had pulled the knife. She was arrested and sat in jail for two days. The male was also locked up and still resides there today as I write this article. But why was the female locked up? She was only pursuing her protection.
I will tell you why; a knife is a lethal weapon – someone could have been killed that night. Sure enough what the male did was wrong but did it merit a death sentence. Just think about it; if she had possessed a non-lethal weapon this nightmare could have ended before it was even started.
What I like about non-lethal weapons are not only are they preventive measures but they avoid the tragedy of death that easily results from rage, fury, or hysteria. The sorrow and grief of snatching someone’s life out of existence, even if they were at fault, far out ways the pain they may have caused you; in most cases anyway.
Most people are not out to end a life in exchange for their safety, they much rather have the situation handled or prevented all together. I’m sure my cousin would have much rather stopped the situation that night than to let herself be drawn into a bitter rage, and have two days in jail to show for it.
Women please take care of yourself, carry some kind of non-lethal weapon, and promote self defense for women. Escape the drastic drama.
