Sounds like a nifty concept but heat is bad for speakers, but you're attaching them to something that gets hot. Did the designers plan for this and insulate it well? And where are you storing your grill; in a car or shed that tends to get hot? Not to mention I can get rather messy while cooking and I can only imagine that grease is not good for speakers either. You can get a portable gas grill for $40 - $60, you can get portable speakers for $10 - $25. This sounds cool, and I have never actually tried it and cannot say anything about the durability, but save yourself some money and get them separately, that way you can listen to music while doing activities other than grilling.
