It charged just fine when I got it in April of 09, and after almost a year of daily use the phone maintains charge enough for 2-3 days of use before needing to re-charge. Controls are easy to figure out, the memory is enough for tons of contact numbers and information, and frankly, for the price, this has been a GREAT phone. I have had this phone for over a year and have never had a single problem with it.

It charged just fine when I got it in April of 09, and after almost a year of daily use the phone maintains charge enough for 2-3 days of use before needing to re-charge. Controls are easy to figure out, the memory is enough for tons of contact numbers and information, and frankly, for the price, this has been a GREAT phone.

It will sit there and charge forever, and every 20 seconds the Samsung screen will appear, beep and resume charging. Forever. If you take it off the charger and try to turn on the phone.... Nothing happens.... If you plug in your charger then turn on the phone.... Oh wait its working, cool I can see my clock, cricket wallpaper, menus... Lets program some phone num-- What? it shut off?! Charging again?! Come on now really?! Gah screw it... 1/5 Maybe its just my luck for getting a defected phone or battery. But still do they even test these phones and see if they work? I don't know. Nobody tries anymore, its always "Here buy this its super revolutionary phone. It's slick and easy to use!" But turns out to be a big pile of crap.
