by Edwin in Mobile Phones

Valentine’s Day is coming up and guys, if you haven’t thought about what to get for your other half, you might be experiencing sleepless nights by now. Try to think back and see if your girlfriend/wife has the need for a new cell phone, or is her contract already up for a renewal? It would be nice to get her a new handset then, don’t you think? Both Cupid and Sprint have come together to help you out of this conundrum, offering three of the most popular Sprint phones that come in colors to commemorate the occasion – purple, pink and red. We’ll see what the press release has to say about the individual handsets after the jump.

LG Lotus: In a fashionable purple hue, LG Lotus offers Sprint One Click, a highly customizable user interface that makes texting, Web access, email, Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV, Sprint Music Store and other features easy to access. LG Lotus offers the perfect combination of both style and substance with a full QWERTY keyboard that is ideal for quick text messaging, email or instant messaging. It also offers advanced features including stereo Bluetooth and a 2.0 MP camera/camcorder. The price on LG Lotus recently dropped to just $99.99 with a new two-year contract, and after a $50 mail-in rebate.

It recently saw the addition of full calendar synchronization access to Microsoft Exchange Server and IBM Lotus Notes. Samsung Instinct offers Visual Voicemail, stereo Bluetooth with audible caller ID, expandable memory up to 8 GB and a 2.0 MP camera with camcorder. For a limited time, get Instinct for just $99 with a new two-year contract, and after a $100 mail-in rebate.
