Here’s yet another way to listen to your music.  Portable speakers come in every shape and size you can possibly think of and can be found for any price range you like.  That has its up and down sides, the down side being that it’s hard to figure out which one would be best for you.  The up side of course being that if you put the effort into it, you’ll likely be able to find the perfect set of speakers for you.  Well this tripod speaker would be great for anyone that wants sound in more than just one direction.

It will give you all around sound, which would be great when more than one person is listening, or just when you’re not sitting in one place.  Admittedly, it does make me a little nervous that all that holds your MP3 player on the tripod is a tiny little peg.  If you have kids or tend to be clumsy, I could easily see that getting broken, or your MP3 player getting knocked off.  It runs on 3 AAA batteries and stands 6 inches tall.  You can purchase it for $19.16 on Budget Gadgets.
