Dell appeals to your conscience (and wallets)

by Edwin in PC Gadgets

Dell has recently announced a partnership with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure so that together, they can raise money through Dell’s new Promise Pink laptops and Minis which will see proceeds go to breast cancer research and community-based programs for breast health education and screening. Every purchase of a Promise Pink laptop or Mini, will see Dell donate $5.00 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, underlining Dell’s continued commitment to community involvement. Dell has already stated a minimum donation of $250,000 in 2009, so you might as well go ahead and make the lady in your life happy by picking up a Promise Pink laptop or Mini this Valentine’s Day and do a good deed at the same time. Products that fall under this category include the Inspiron Mini 9 & Mini 12, the Inspiron 1525, Studio 15 & Studio 17, Studio Hybrid, XPS M1330, the XPS M1530 and the Latitude E4200.
