I have VUPoint PS-C500-VP Digital Photo Converter. When trying to install using disc on my Windows XP HP Pavilion dv8301nr Notebook PC this message comes up: "Continuing your installation of this software may impair or distabilize correct operation of your system. Microsoft strongly urges to stop installation now and contact the hardware vendor for software that has passed windows logo testing." Is there another disc that would be acceptable for my computer?

I have a VuPoint Solutions - Digital Photo Converter. Model number PS-C500-VP.
It came with 3 photo trays : 3"x5", 4"x6", and
5"x7". I am wondering if there is a smaller tray
available.
I have a few very old photos of my parents and are
about 3" x 3". I tried to use the 3 x 5" and the
photo slide off into the scanner.
Any Suggestions? Thank you -
