Amounts collected from gas taxes is going down because of more and more fuel efficient cars on the market the government is talking about installing gps into all cars and taxing us per every mile we drive. So even of we have an all solar powered car we still would be taxed. How would our Governments collect taxes? I love the idea of having solar powered air conditioning, but it is pricey!
